Joe Stenukinis Cert on Glinsky
p. 1
Reader advisory: The document contains racial epithets and offensive language. In a whistleblower suit, Edison Patrolman Joseph Kenney claimed his former sergeant, Alex Glinsky, refused to help him remove two gravely injured Rutgers University students from a smoking vehicle after a crash because they were of Asian-Indian descent. This certification from a former internal affairs commander was submitted to support allegations of racism against Glinsky. Kenney settled with the township for $250,000. He has since retired. Glinsky, who retired last year after pleading guilty to unrelated departmental charges, adamantly denies he is a racist and contends he is the victim of a smear campaign by his enemies on the force.
