DocumentCloud Embed Options

DocumentCloud embed options have some customization features that allow you to customize the style of an embed. The options are different for notes, pages, documents and projects.

Documents

Notes

The only customization for note embeds is the max-width, which allows you to specify the width of the annotation embed.

Pages

Page embeds do not have customization options at this time.

Projects

• height

• title - Allows you to set a title for the project embed on the page. Set the title by appending &title=your_example_title to the src url. This is not to be mistaken with the title property which is there for accessibility and does not change the appearance of the embed.

• searchbar - Setting this option to 1 will display a button that says "Search this document collection" above the documents in the project embed, which will link to the searchable project on DocumentCloud. Activate this option by appending &searchbar=1 to the src url of the project embed. Defaults to 0 (false).
